Celebrating self is an amazing way to serve self. If we don't show kindness and service to ourselves, do we really have the tools to authentically serve others?
Celebrating self is an amazing way to serve self. Setting a goal, achieving it, then reveling in your victory is a key part of serving ourselves, being kind to ourselves.
Our universe already affirms us, and we see this affirmation in many ways.
If we don't show kindness and service to ourselves, do we really have the tools to authentically serve others?
"Bake your own cake, blow out your own candle and celebrate yourself" is a concept I learned from Lisa Nichols, next week's You've Been Served Podcast guest who'll kick off our Wednesday Wisdom series during the month of June. In her book "Abundance Now" she attributes this wisdom to T.D. Jakes.
In shifting the level of generosity, the quality of self-talk and the amount of gratitude we give ourselves to a more positive vibration, others can't help but see it. They will reciprocate and it will reverberate.
This in itself is service. Enjoy June's Wednesday Wisdom You've Been Served Podcast series, and reach out to me with your own service wisdom.
